Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, write to us at info@aerosafar.com from the email address used to book, quoting your booking reference. A cancellation takes effect on the day we receive it in writing, and we will confirm it by email.

2. Cancellation Charges

Charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on the terms of the airlines, hotels and other suppliers booked for your trip. The charges that apply to your booking are stated when you book and again when you cancel.

Airline tickets, hotel stays and other services that a supplier has already charged us for are refunded only to the extent that supplier refunds us. Many airline fares and hotel rates are non-refundable once issued.

3. Visa Fees

Visa fees paid to embassies, consulates or their appointed centres are non-refundable, including when a visa is refused. Our service charge for visa assistance is not refunded once the application has been submitted.

4. Changes and No-Shows

Changing travel dates, names or travellers may attract supplier charges and fare differences, which we will tell you before making the change. There is no refund for services not used after the trip has started, or for a missed departure.

5. Cancellations by AeroSafar Holidays

If we have to cancel a booking — for example because a departure does not reach its minimum group size, or a supplier withdraws a service — we will offer an alternative or a full refund of the amount you paid us for the cancelled services.

6. How and When Refunds Are Paid

Refunds are paid to the original payment method. We process them once the supplier refund has reached us, and your bank or card issuer may take several further working days to show the amount in your account. We will tell you when your refund has been issued.
